The Challenge
DeLaRue, the world’s largest manufacturer of currency processing equipment and security paper, retained Brooks Stevens to assist in the development of a new teller cash processing system to enhance the productivity of front line employees in financial institutions. Together,we developed a multi-faceted system that changed the role of bank employees from task-oriented tellers into client-focused, revenue generating sellers.
The Solution
With a host of configurations – including teller or client dispensing, deposit drop boxes, varying levels of security and automation – the new system fits traditional branch lobbies, drive through, and in-store branches.
The new system continues a legacy of industry leading banking automation solutions that enhance productivity and customer service while decreasing cost. Sales of the system are exceeding initial expectations.
