Continuum Foot Spas approached BSI with the business goal to revolutionize the stagnant manicure and pedicure market. Although BSI had relevant experience developing product in this market, an opportunity-seeking, research approach was needed to explore avenues for innovation, to provide information to steer decisions, and to minimize the risk associated with innovating.
BSI was involve with the Research, Industrial Design, Engineering, Program Management, and Production Implementation and Support phases of this project.
