As an OEM supplier to the automotive industry, STRATTEC actively develops innovative technologies for vehicle ignition and entry systems used by several manufacturers.  In order to present their concepts most effectively to these companies, STRATTEC regularly partners with BSI.

These collaborations can range from explorations of ergonomics and functional mapping of controls to analysis and application of third party visual brand languages.  With such strong brands to address domestically (Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler) and internationally (Aston Martin, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz), it is crucial to package the technology in a manner that flows naturally with the targeted brand.

While these concepts developed by STRATTEC and BSI are not typically destined for production as presented, they play an integral role in influencing future market trends and showcasing STRATTEC’s unique capabilities.
